Professional and Enterprise plans include all integrations at no extra cost. This includes QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Sage 300 CRE and 100 Contractor, DocuSign, Bluebeam, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Zapier. No add-on fees, no separate line items.

ManageSite uses an offline-first architecture. The mobile app stores data locally on your device and syncs automatically when you regain internet connectivity. You can create daily logs, update tasks, take photos, review documents, and manage punch lists with zero internet. When you reconnect, everything syncs seamlessly.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features and are charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties or fees for changing plans. You can also add extra projects to any plan individually without upgrading.

Starter plans include email support with response within 24 hours. Professional plans include priority support with response within 4 hours during business hours, plus live chat. Enterprise plans include priority support with a named customer success contact, phone support, and custom onboarding with your team.
